In electric cathodic painting, there is a lack of heat resistance and corrosion resistance, with the coating melting around 200°C, leading to rust issues. High nickel alloy plating faces similar problems, along with high processing costs. In response, our company proposes a completely chrome-free rust prevention treatment, "Geomet," which is water-soluble and environmentally friendly.
